The Edgeley Park pitch continues to remain soft under the heated covers which have been operative since Tuesday.

Our intrepid cameraman Matt Stuart ventured 'inside the tent'  earlier today and returned with the exclusive picture below.

Sharks face Scarlets in the LV= Cup on Saturday at the revised time of 3 p.m., then return to Aviva Premiership action against Worcester Warriors on Friday week (8 p.m.)
