| The second of the Sharks' three Scottish forward signings in 2011, Fraser moved south from Edinburgh and is regarded as one of the brightest young prospects from north of the border. He shot to prominence last season as a rampaging second row with the ball skills to play a fast, off-loading game and at 6ft 6ins and weighing in at nearly 18 stones will bring both bulk and athleticism to the Sharks pack. Originally with Dunfermline, he joined Edinburgh in 2008 from the National Academy after representing Scotland Under-20s during the IRB Junior World Championship in Wales. He previously skippered Scotland at the Under-19 World Championships. |
