Biog A talented and versatile back, Rob's move to the Sharks from Newcastle in 2010 was followed by him making a career-high 12 appearances in the Premiership in his first season. Just 20 at the time he was signed, Rob had 15 league appearances for the Falcons under his belt and looks destined for a bright future. Capped by England at Under-16 and Under-18 level, he then helped the Under-20s to the final of the IRB Under-20 World Cup in Wales and played alongside Carl Fearns and James Gaskell in the Under-20 World Cup. Formerly with Aspatria, Steve Hanley's old club, Rob is primarily a fly-half but can also play at full back. |
