Changes in the 200/10 season
Simpler, faster and consistent
Over the last season, we’ve spoken with many of our fans and as a result of that feedback we will be making changes to the categories of some seats and simplifying the price structure from the 2009/10 season onwards.
Our objectives are...
- To simplify seat categories and the pricing structure
- To ensure fair, consistent and non-discriminatory pricing across different price classes
- To recognise that the “value” of a seat reflects the view and the facilities available
So from 2009/10 onwards...
- All seats will be included in the following categories: “Platinum”, “Gold”, “Silver”, “Bronze” or “Value” – with some seats being re-categorised to reflect the view and available facilities
- There will be only three price classes – Adult, Junior and Concessionary (which will include Senior, Under 21 and Disabled / Disabled Carer)
- The relative price of a Junior or Concessionary ticket compared to an Adult ticket will be consistent in all seat categories

We'd like to stress that these changes will have a neutral effect on the club’s overall income – if we sell the same number of season and match day tickets in 2009/10 as this season, our income will remain virtually identical. Of course, in making these changes, there will inevitably be some winners and some losers.
But remember, if you renew before the renewal deadline, you can only be a winner – never a loser!
