How many people can we bring along?
A table is sold as a table of 10 or a table of 12, however we are able to accommodate bookings of 8 or less if you are prepared to share with another client. Some of our clients get together before the season starts and share the cost of a seasonal booking, call Andrew Lamb on 0161 286 8911 or email hospitality@salesharks.com to find out more.
What happens if the match date changes?
If you have booked a seasonal package with us we will be as accommodating as possible and try and move you to a different game if it is a Friday night to weekend change. We could also look at spreading your places across the whole season and add a place or two to your table of 10. Are all the Drinks included?
We don’t have a complimentary bar, however seasonal clients are able to set up an account with us or simply put a card behind the bar.
Where in the room will we be sitting?
When you book a seasonal package with us you are able to chooses the location of your table for the season. If you are booking a single game package you will be on one of the tables remaining. Every table has waiter service and is within easy reach of the bar. For a view of the suite click here
Where in the stadium are our seats?
In the executive seats in either the main Stand between the half way line and the 22 metre line or in the Printerland stand right outside the suite so you don’t have to queue for your drinks before, during and after the match.
What type of food do you do?
An example of a quality match day menu would look like this….

I have a special dietary requirement can you help?
We often have people who don’t eat meat for example, if you can let us know at least a week before we can accommodate your needs. There is a form you can fax to us and can be downloaded by clicking here.
Can we get autographs from the players and coaches?
In the insider suite after the game both teams enter the suite to enjoy a post match meal they then mingle with their various sponsors and there is always the opportunity for an autograph or photo.
Can we pre-order merchandise for our guests?
We offer a service to all our hospitality guests so that hosts can buy Scarves, hats and jersey plus other Sale Sharks gifts. This can be pre-ordered and be available at your table for when you arrive. Click here to pre-order some gifts for your guests.
What time do we need to get there for?
A Friday night game typically starts between 7.45pm and 8pm. We like to get the Hospitality Suites open for 5pm. As a general rule of thumb we ask if you can arrive at least 2 hours before kick off. A typical match day itinerary is as follows;
5pm Suites open
6pm Dinner is Served
Player or Management Interview (Insider Suite)
7.30pm Take your seat in the MBNA Stand
7.45pm Kick Off
9.15pm Final Whistle
9.45pm Players enter Insider
Man of the Match presentation
11.45pm Bar Closes
12.30am Hospitality Suite Closes

What happens if my guests arrive before me?
We would like you to email us at least 7-10 days before a game with your guest list this will help us identify anyone who arrive before you. We like to be an extension of you on a match day and we are here to help, if you know who will be coming to the game click here to fill in your guest list.
When will I get my tickets?
We aim to get your tickets and information packs to you 2-3 weeks prior to the game. If you need them sooner please don’t hesitate to get in touch.
Can I park right outside the suite?
The car park in front of the suites is used as a fans village on matchdays, however parking has been assigned for seasonal hospitality bookings and is in the Booth Street car park. For more information please call Andrew Lamb on 0161 286 8911 or email hospitality@salesharks.com to find out more.
Can we promote ourselves to the suite on the day?

Are children welcome?

Some of my guests are away supporters can we sit together?
Rugby is very different to football, there is no segregation in the stand so you may even find yourself sat next to the away team's coach you may also find your self sat next to the away directors. We also have guys that walk about selling beer and drinks whilst you are in your seat! So depending on the result you may find your self meeting some new friends from the other team.
What is the dress code?
We wouldn’t class ourselves as fashion experts but we recommend smart casual and maybe a warm coat in the winter months. Please avoid ripped jeans and scruffy trainers though, even if they are designer. Don’t forget you can pre-order hats, gloves and scarves by clicking here.
How do we pay?
There are many various methods of paying for your table, Seasonal clients are able to pay in monthly installment via a Direct Debit, please call the accounts department for more information on 0161 286 8888
