Having met Fleetwood's Connections Liaison Officer Caroline Torkington, and with Sharky following closely, the players set off to meet the Under 10s, who were undergoing training on the astroturf facility. To the delight of the youngsters, James and Charlie demonstrated their passing skills, with the U10s trying to emulate their professional guests.
James, Charlie and Sharky all signed autographs and posed for a team photo before moving to the main pitch, where the Under 11s were busy with Forwards and Backs drills. Again, after a few introductions and questions, a team photo was taken.
Sharky was mobbed by all and sundry and eventually was able to catch the players up as they visited a mixed group of players from U13s to U16s who, having 'suffered' a session on fitness and conditioning, were enjoying a game of Touch Rugby.

After visiting all the groups on a fine evening, the players returned to the club house. As it was past Sharky's usual bed time, he was tucked up safe and warm, full of healthy sea air. James and Charlie then gave the Fleetwood players and coaches a Q&A session, with questions including, "How long have you been playing rugby? When did you get signed by Sale Sharks? Who is the player who you most fear? What's your favourite car?" and discussions about the benefits of Rugby League coaches transferring to Rugby Union.
Finally, James and Charlie went to visit the Senior Colts team, who amazingly were only formed three weeks ago and have won both their fixtures this season. Well Done, Lads!
