Montpellier, fresh from changing 11 of their starting XV to target the Sharks game, came out guns blazing only to be turned over and walking back to their posts after Mark Cueto picked up a Danny Cipriani crossfield off a Tom Brady break. The game carried on in ferocious fashion, with the 350 travelling faithful drowning out the French drums. We are a squad aspiring to win games of this stature and were disappointed to let it slip, but the performance was certainly another step in the right direction.
Our minds are back on the bread and butter this week - the Aviva Premiership. A short but hard working training week to iron out the kinks before we go down to Worcester Warriors prepared and ready.
