Games against London Irish have been closely fought encounters over the past few years. Last Friday's Premiership, started really well and I felt we were more than deserving of the win. The pack, in particular, were outstanding and the hard running of Johnny Leota and Sammy Tuitupou in the middle, was a real threat for us.

It's also awesome to see young guys like Tommy Taylor and Ross Harrison playing so well. They are two hard working guys, who are getting their just rewards!

It's a weird situation to find ourselves, playing back-to-back games against Irish. This week's match should be another great spectacle, with a few fresh faces from last week, having a run on both sides I'm sure. The Madejski Stadium is an awesome stadium and one we'll relish playing at.
This competition is an important one for us and the energy in training this week has been great! We have Thursday off and then a big training day Friday and team run on Saturday, before we head down to London.
Big game Sunday. Back-to-back victory on the cards! C'mon Sale!
PS. Best of luck to Wales against the Argies!
