Speaking ahead of Saturday's match, Sharks Academy Manager Ray Unsworth and his assistant David Wilks outlined their approach to the game.
"It will be a chance to test out some of the structures we've worked on in training, in a pressure situation before the league starts," said David.
"We've known some of the lads for three years, others are newer to the programme. They've done well in recent County and School games that we've watched.
"Many of our local schools and colleges are having successful runs in competitions, which keeps the young players involved at a competitive level for longer."
Ray added, "It's the next step leading to the 'A' League. All the rules and regulations will apply. Dates have been organised by the RFU. We'll have to manage any clashes of dates on school fixture lists.
"The games will also be watched by England selectors and coaches, in case any players have 'slipped through the net' before the international fixtures start later in the season."

Ray Unsworth, David Wilks and Academy Coach Brendan Thomas were asked to nominate some 'players to watch'.
