The visit was alongside the charity Brainwave - a charity partner of the Sale Sharks Community Trust.
Rob and Andy were paying a special visit to 6-year-old Jossalynne, who recently had a double hip operation, and is a huge Sale Sharks fan, along with her family. Last season, Jossalynne was the Sharks mascot at the Toulon game, so the players were keen to go and see her to cheer her up.
Andy and Rob arrived with gifts for Jossalynne and spoke with her and her parents about Jossalynne's health and wellbeing.
Carole from the Brainwave charity received feedback from Jossalynne's parents, who had said that she was a lot more upbeat after the Sharks' visit, and was in higher spirits.
While we were there, Sharky, Andy and Rob also visited other children on Ward 73. Sharky was a big hit on the ward, cheering up a lot of the children who weren't feeling themselves.
While on their visit to the Children's Hospital, Rob, Andy and Sharky also met Danielle, Sam, and Freya as well as Jossalynne. Sale Sharks wish the children a speedy recovery, and hope they're back to full health as soon as possible.
