This is the 7th annual Manchester Festival of Christmas Trees run by Francis House Children's Hospital. All of the trees are decorated by various companies & celebrities before being auctioned off in aid of Francis House.
Unsurprisingly we are going for a Sale Sharks theme for our tree and we are asking all of our fans to provide a bauble for the tree - decorated however you want! Photos, glitter, pom poms... Get creative in aid of this fantastic charity! If you don't fancy decorating one - a blue bauble or other decorations are appreciated!
You can drop your baubles and other deocrations off at the AJ Bell stadium reception or with the Sale Sharks Supporters Club who have a table in the Fans bar at each home game.
Be quick - we need your baubles before Friday 25th October!
About Francis House Children's Hospital
Francis House is a very special hospice caring for terminally ill children. The criteria for entry into the hospice is that the child has been diagnosed as having 'no cure'. It is therefore unlikely that these children will ever become adults, and consequently we try to improve the quality of their short lives.
That Francis House exists at all is due to the generosity of many thousands of people from the North West and beyond, who have taken these children and their families to their hearts. Individuals, groups, companies and trusts have dug deeply into their resources and worked hard to help children they have never met, families they may never meet, as their way of expressing concern and support.
Thank you for helping to keep Francis House at the heart of caring, for children whose lives will be short and whose families bear the grief; yet who see each day as a rainbow of hope, a gift of joy, to be lived as fully as possible.
