Cavaliers got off to a flier when some neat passing play from the backs saw Watkins race through to touch down beneath the posts and Elliott Davies added the extras.
Just two minutes later, another flowing Cavaliers move was started and finished by scrum-half Su'a after some good work from James Stephenson on the right.
The home side were then penalised in front of goal for holding on to the ball and Jets fly-half Nathan Fowles made no mistake with the kick.
