A five star holiday home park situated on Anglesey in North Wales is preparing for a raft of sharks to arrive this week. Plas Coch Holiday Home Park is playing host to Sale Sharks RUFC as they moor their rafts at Plas Coch's private slipway and make their way to the park for a sumptuous barbecue.
The initiative is part of Sale Sharks annual team building exercises, with 60 players both first team and junior players taking part. They will have already pitched their tents at Bangor RUFC on Thursday evening 17th July, then reaching Conway Centre for a day's activities on Friday 18th July and they should be arriving at the Plas Coch slip way at around 4pm.
Managing Director of Plas Coch, Dean Styger says, "We are delighted to be hosting the Sale Sharks Barbecue on our boat park. It's almost a ready made scene for a BBC MasterChef challenge! Our chef Martin Gibbon has already worked alongside a past BBC MasterChef finalist so he is certainly looking forward to his forthcoming challenge with the Sale Sharks!"
Sale Sharks Director of Rugby Steve Diamond said, "The players are now involved daily in their pre-season preparation and we try to vary their training where possible. Plas Coch is a fabulous venue and we are grateful to long term Sharks supporter Dean Styger for sorting things out for us."
