In light of the fixture release for the 2016/17 season taking place later this week (Thursday 7th July), we are delighted to announce that we will be re-introducing the popular Ticket Exchange Scheme for Season Ticket holders who are unable to attend home fixtures.
The scheme will allow all 2016/17 Season Ticket holders the opportunity to call the Club and exchange their ticket to an alternative like-for-like fixture in the same competition when they are for any reason unable to make it to a match.
This process will render the Season Ticket invalid for that specific fixture, and a ticket for the alternative fixture will be posted out or set for collection from the Ticket Office at the AJ Bell Stadium.
Highlighting the Club's intention to look after the valued Season Ticket holders and supporters alike, Steve Diamond said: "We're making several changes at the Club, all with the desire to improve our supporters' overall experience with Sale Sharks.
"To go along with the implementation of a matchday traffic management system and other new improvements, we've re-employed Angela Traynor to head up the ticket sales and supporter experience team. Angela made the suggestion to re-introduce this scheme and it was a no-brainer for the Club to implement, given our recent focus on crowd building and supporter experience."
