Fly half Jack Turton in action
Jets fade away during second half against Falcons

Guinness 'A' League action resumed at Heywood Road where Sale Jets ran up a 17-7 first half lead, only to lose control after the break and end up beaten 17-23. Mark Atkinson scored two tries, a conversion and a penalty, with Jack Turton adding a conversion.
Falcons also scored two tries from Aaron Myers and Chris Mickelwood, with fly half Rob Miller adding three penalties and two conversions.
For the home side, Atkinson and England Under-20 prop Lee Imiolek produced good performances.
