Jets trail away in second half

Sale Jets faced Northampton Wanderers at Franklins' Gardens today in a Guinness 'A' League match, fading in the game's latter stages and ending up on the wrong end of a 47-17 scoreline.
The Jets were close to their hosts at 25-17 after 42 minutes, but lost momentum. Scorers for the Jets were Alex Shaw and Mark Atkinson (tries), with Atkinson also contributing two conversions and a penalty.
The Jets face Leicester Tigers on Monday week, April 19th (7.30 p.m.) at Heywood Road.
