Academy Manager

Ray has worked professionally in sport for over 30 years, specialising in creating and implementing robust systems for the development of young players and coaches alike.

He has also held a number of profile positions, notably Director of Coaching at the Rugby Football League and was also responsible for developing and progressing the production belt of young talent at Wigan Warriors, as their Head of Player and Coach Development.

His coaching at County and National level culminated with the Great Britain Combined Services team winning the 2008 World Cup in Australia.
