How does Super8FLEXI work?

Super8FLEXI is basically a book of 8 vouchers which you can exchange for matchday tickets.

So with Super8FLEXI you can book one ticket at 8 great games, or two tickets at four games, or all eight at one game if you like! Of course, the added flexibility to choose your games means it's a little more expensive than a season ticket or a standard Super8, but it still offers you significant savings compared to match day prices.

To guarantee a seat for a particular game you'll need to ring or visit the ticket office during the week which is 7 weeks prior to a game. You can use a Super8FLEXI voucher after this period, any time up to 24 hours before match day, but then tickets are subject to availability.

Conditions

Super8FLEXI vouchers can only be exchanged for tickets to the remaining Guinness premiership, and Heineken Cup home ties in the 2009 season.

You are only guaranteed a seat for a particular game when you use a Super8FLEXI voucher to book that seat in the week which is 7 weeks prior to a game. Any time after this tickets are subject to availability. You can only use a Super8FLEXI voucher to book a matchday seat in an equivalent price band (Gold, bronze, silver, adult, junior etc...)

Juniors must be under 16 years of age as at 31/08/08. Date of Birth must be provided at time of purchase.

Under 22 tickets are available for supporters who are aged 21 or under as at 31/08/08

Senior Citizens must be over 60 years of age as at 31/08/08.

Disabled Season Ticket holders must provide written evidence of entitlement at the time of purchase. Supporters requiring assistance to attend matches through a disability will be entitled to helper tickets free of charge only if they receive a medium or high level of Disability Living Allowance, however this will need to be requested at the time of booking. For Wheelchair users, a helper ticket can be provided free of charge, but must be requested at time of purchase.
