Sale Sharks have named their team for their European Challenge Cup Round 4 game against Union Bordeaux-Begles at the AJ Bell Stadium on Saturday, 15th December (Kick-off 3.00pm).
Sharks enter the game with confidence buoyed by their 50-24 victory in Bordeaux last Saturday night.
Tom Curry has recovered from injury picked up on England duty early last month and is named on the bench.
Chris Ashton has scored five tries in two European Challenge Cup games for the Sharks. He got his 50th try in European Rugby last week in the reverse fixture and now stands at 51 as the all-time leading try scorer in European Rugby history.
Sharks have scored a maximum fifteen points from three games, and aim to continue this trend in order to not only top their Pool but accrue enough points to ensure home ties at the knockout stages.
