New signing Jake Cooper-Woolley gets to grips with Joe Jones during his first week of training with the Sharks.
Sale Sharks players visited the Murray Machines gym for a fitness camp last Saturday. They were put through their paces by the former European Champion boxer John Murray and finished the morning with some light sparring sessions.
On Tuesday the squad climbed Snowdon for fitness and team-building exercise. They completed the challenge in 2hr 40mins and during the ascent, Ben Curry caught up with new signing Simon Hammersley after his first week of training with the Sharks.

Coaches Mike Forshaw, Paul Deacon, Dorian West and Pete Angelsea watched England’s world cup preparations.
Mark Wilson and Tom Curry are preparing well for the World Cup.
AJ MacGinty is in training with the American national team.

Marland Yarde has spent 2 weeks in Philadelphia for an intense training camp getting ready for the new season after his injury last October.
