SUMMER BBQ TIME CHANGE

SUMMER BBQ TIME CHANGE

TIME CHANGE – 11AM – 2PM

Please note that the BBQ will run from 11:00 am – 2:00 pm on Saturday 17th August. This is due to a change in the player training schedule and will allow everyone time to watch Rugby World Cup warm-up match, Wales V England @ 2.15pm – and to hopefully cheer on any Sharks players involved! Unfortunately, we do not have the facility to screen this match at the BBQ.

TRAVEL AND PARKING INFORMATION

PLEASE READ – Parking
We do have parking on-site but it is limited, so if you can arrange to car share with a friend(s) that would be helpful.

There are three Disabled Spaces for Blue Badge holders that will be marked next to the fence near the main building so please leave them for those who need them, and there will be signs to direct you to general parking places.

For general parking, there are two main areas, one on the main car park and one on a gravel surface. There will be extra parking on the grassed area beside the pitch, so please consider others and park neatly so as many people as possible can park. There will be staff onsite directing cars, please follow their instructions.

Where –
Sale Sharks High-Performance Centre, Carrington Lane, Carrington, Manchester M31 4AE.

As you approach, the entrance to the car park is opposite a layby and there is a large white sign with the Sale Sharks badge. When leaving the car park please take extra care as traffic can approach at speed from either direction.

When –
Between 11:00am – 2:00pm on Saturday 17th August.

On The Day –
You will be able to watch the first team train, hear from our new signings, take photos with the players and listen to Steve Diamond discuss the upcoming season. There will be activities throughout the afternoon as well as a Q&A session. Refreshments will be provided.
