Sharks Community Trust is looking to recruit a part-time, casual, Community Rugby Coach to play a vital role in the growth and development of existing programmes. Ideal candidates will have worked in a professional sports environment, have first class communication skills and a passion for rugby and talent development across the North West of England.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Engage with clubs and other key community partners of Sharks Community Trust
- Plan, deliver and lead where appropriate with coaching sessions to meet the needs of a variety of programme aims – e.g. after school coaching, in school coaching, club coach development visits, residential/non-residential rugby camps.
- Assist and lead where appropriate on community engagement events.
- Report feedback on all activity via the Upshot online system with relevant data.
- Reporting activity and output as required including capturing of social media content.
- Exclusive CPD ran by the Sale Sharks Academy staff and its partners
- An RFU Coach Educator mentor
This role is evening and weekend work only. The role is field based.
