How can I purchase tickets?
Tickets will be sold initially to 20/21 members and then to 19/20 season ticket holders. Tickets will only be available to purchase online.
All tickets must be assigned to an individual.
How will I receive my ticket?
All tickets will be print at home or digital tickets. Digital tickets must be downloaded onto a device that you will bring with you on matchday. There is no facility to print tickets at the AJ Bell Stadium.
Can I purchase tickets at the AJ Bell Stadium on matchday?
No, tickets will not be available for purchase on a matchday.
I don’t have a smartphone; how do I access my ticket?
You will be given the option to select print at home or digital ticket when purchasing your ticket – please ensure you select print at home. Please ensure you have printed all tickets to bring with you.
Will the kiosk bars be open?
No, for our first fixture the kiosk bars will not be open to prevent congestion in areas.
Supporters are allowed to bring a small bag with soft drinks and snacks, thermos flasks are also permitted.
It is against ground regulations for alcohol to be brought into the stadium so please bring soft drinks only.
Do I need to wear a face covering?
Yes, all supporters will be required to wear a face covering at all times when inside the stadium other than when you are eating or drinking.
What happens if a fixture is cancelled, or must be played behind closed doors due to a change in COVID-19 regulations?
If you are unable to attend the match due to a change in covid-19 restrictions you will be entitled to a full refund.
Will I be able to purchase a matchday programme?
No, due to COVID-19 restrictions we are unable to sell matchday programmes however our programme will be made available digitally to download free of charge.
