Scrum-half Sian Jones hails from North Wales and, inspired by watching her brother, started playing rugby at the age of five when she joined a tag rugby team in Denbigh Rugby Club.
She played there until she was 14 before moving to the Ravens Hub Cluster in nearby Ruthin. She represented Cheshire at U15s level before joining Chester and then Sale Sharks.
A keen golfer, Sian combines her rugby with working as a lifeguard at a waterpark.
She has represented Wales at U18s level and trained with the U20s squad.
