It feels like a long time since we’ve played at home and I know the lads are buzzing to get stuck into what is a huge, do or die clash against a Toulon side packed full of big names and quality players. They’re a really good side aren’t they, third in the Top14 and playing really well at the moment. It’s a massive game for us and it’s all on the line…

THE SHARK TANK – A SUPPORTER’S PERSPECTIVE
SPONSORED BY CONNECTUS
A very belated Happy New Year to all from the Shark Tank, as after three away games on the bounce we are finally back in the North West for what should be a chilly thriller against Toulon.
It feels like a lifetime ago now but last time out at home saw us take on Exeter before Christmas and put in a very professional and satisfying performance to take a bonus point win into our turkey dinners. Exeter had struggled in the season so far but were on the up so it was an important win against a dangerous team, a point proved by Chiefs picking up a win against now high-flying Gloucester the week after. ..
25 YEARS OF SHARKS – HALL OF FAME INDUCTION
Ahead of every home game this season we’ll be inducting a Sale Sharks legend into our Hall of Fame so you’ll get the chance to meet your Sharks heroes past and present if you’re attending the match.
This week, we induct a real fan-favourite and a true Sharks legend. Often operating under the radar, this Flanker made almost 200 appearances for the club, scoring 19 tries, before retiring from professional rugby in 2018.
In loving memory of Graeme Bowers
It is with deep sadness that we inform you of the passing of one of our long-time and most passionate supporters, Graeme Bowers.
Graeme was well known by many and was a regular at Sale Sharks and Sale FC, as well as Manchester RFC. A supporter since Heywood Road days, at one time he worked in Prague and commuted back and forth to watch Sale matches, such was his love for the club.

Reliable Rob makes his 150th Sharks appearance!
He’s the man for every occasion – and every position – and today our Mr Ever Present Rob du Preez runs out for the 150th time in Sale Sharks shirt. It’s been quite a ride for our Rob since he joined the club, initially on loan, in 2018 but how much do you know about the man himself…
ROUND 3 REVIEW – DHL Stormers v Sale Sharks
An out-of-character Sale Sharks side were put to the sword by the Stormers in the Cape Town heat.
A catalogue of handling errors merged with a remorselessly clinical Stormers side in ugly fashion for Sale, who failed to capitalise on promising build up work throughout the first half before a second half onslaught ensued.
