1. Promoter

The promoter of this competition is Sale Sharks Rugby Club (“Promoter”), in partnership with FOW Car Supermarket (“Prize Partner”).

2. Competition Date

The competition will take place at Sale Sharks vs Gloucester Rugby on Thursday, 25th September 2025 at the Salford Community Stadium.

3. Eligibility

• The competition is open to UK residents aged 18 years or over.
• Entrants must hold a valid driving licence in order to register the vehicle if selected as the winner.
• Employees, players and the families of players of Sale Sharks, Gloucester Rugby, FOW Car Supermarket, and their associated companies are not eligible to enter.
• Only paid match tickets are eligible to enter. Complimentary tickets, hospitality invitations, staff passes, and other non-paid tickets are excluded.

4. How to Enter

• To enter the competition, participants must:
  1. Purchase a valid ticket for the Sale Sharks vs Gloucester Rugby match on Thursday, 25th September.
  2. Attend the match and have their ticket scanned through the stadium entry turnstiles.
• Only tickets scanned at the turnstiles on the day of the match will be entered into the prize draw.
• One entry per valid scanned ticket.

5. The Prize

• The prize is one car provided by FOW Car Supermarket.
• The car is a grey 2015 Nissan Leaf electric vehicle.
• The prize is transferable and the Prize Partner will offer a cash alternative of 2,000 pounds.
• The prize will be supplied with a 30-day warranty.
• The winner will be responsible for:
o Providing a valid driving licence and proof of eligibility.
o Vehicle tax, insurance, fuel, and ongoing running costs.
o Any optional extras or modifications beyond the prize vehicle as supplied.

6. Winner Selection & Notification

• The winner will be selected at random from all eligible tickets scanned at the stadium turnstiles.
• The draw will take place during the first half of the Sale Sharks v Gloucester match on Thursday 25th September and the winner will be announced publicly at the game during the half time break.
• If the winner cannot be contacted or is found to be ineligible within 14 days of the match, the Promoter reserves the right to withdraw the prize and select another winner.

7. General Conditions

• The Promoter reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or suspend the competition in the event of unforeseen circumstances beyond its control.
• The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
• The winner agrees to the Prize Partner processing their data for the purposes of the giveaway.
• By entering, participants agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

8. Publicity

• The winner agrees to take part in reasonable publicity relating to the competition for both the Promoter and the Prize Partner, including photographs, press releases, and social media content.

9. Liability

• The Promoter accepts no responsibility for entries not successfully completed due to technical faults or circumstances beyond its control.
• The Promoter and Prize Partner shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or personal injury suffered by the winner in connection with the prize, except where caused by their negligence.
