Teriyaki Beef Stir Fry Recipe

This recipe for Sharks teriyaki beef stir fry is tender slices of beef sautéed with a variety of colourful vegetables, all coated in a quick and easy homemade teriyaki sauce. Enjoy a meal suitable for professional athletes in the comfort of your own home!

Prep Time – 10 Minutes

Cook Time – 15 Minutes

For two people you will need:

1 Tbs Vegetable Oil

1 pack of Egg Noodles

2 lean beef steaks

Stir Fry Veg:

One large handful of Sugar Snap Peas

One white onion thinly sliced

One handful of Bean Sprouts

One bell pepper thinly sliced

One handful of thinly sliced Cabbage

Baby Corn

One handful of thinly sliced mushrooms.


Step 1 – Place the noodles in a pan of boiling water and simmer for 5-8 minutes until soft.

Step 2 – Whilst noodles are soaking heat a frying pan over a medium-high heat Add a tablespoon of vegetable oil then add the steak, moving around the pan until the steak has an even colour.

Step 3 – Add the veg and stir fry for 3-5 minutes until softened but still has a crunch.

Step 4 – Add Teriyaki Sauce and stir well.

Step 5 – Garnish with some chopped spring onion and sesame seeds.
