Four Sale Sharks players have been named in David Flatman’s Gallagher Premiership team of the week following the victory over league-leaders Bristol Bears on Friday night.
Forwards Jean-Luc du Preez, Coenie Oosthuizen and Akker van Der Merwe all made the team following their herculean defensive effort to keep the league’s most dangerous attacking side at bay on Friday night. Sharks electric scrum-half Raffi Quirke also made the cut despite coming on a second-half substitute!
