Holly Aitchison will start for the first time in a Sharks shirt, while fellow Red Rose Morwenna Talling returns after missing the round one win against Leicester Tigers as Tom Hudson makes six changes to his team to face Loughborough Lightning in round two of the PWR (Sunday 2nd November, KO 1pm).
Scotland trio Evie Wills, Leah Bartlett and Eva Donaldson will also make their Sharks debuts while prop Nick James starts after coming off the bench against Leicester.
World Cup winner Amy Cokayne captains the side again from hooker and she’s joined in the front row by Barlett and USA Eagle James.
Iona Antwis starts in the second row with Talling, while Donaldson will line up in the back-row with Katie Childs and Sharifa Kasolo.
Fresh from her try-scoring PWR bow last weekend, Amy Relf starts again at scrum-half but this week she’ll have Red Rose Aitchison alongside her in the number ten shirt.
Katana Howard will start at inside centre against Loughborough with Scotland centre Wills outside her.
In the back three Holly Thorpe and Rhona Lloyd start again on the wings, while Lizzie Duffy switches from fly-half to full-back.
Tom Hudson has opted for a 6-2 split on the bench with Scarlett Fielding, Tysh Harper and Sophie Benavent named as the front-row replacements and Charlotte Fray, Trudy Cowan and Alba Capell offering back-five options.
USA scrum-half Olivia Ortiz and Laura Perrin are the backs on the bench.
