Shona Campbell returns to the Sharks team as Tom Hudson makes just one change to his XV for the visit of Loughborough Lightning in the PWR on Saturday (KO 3pm).
The Scotland winger replaces Asia Hogan-Rochester, but otherwise it’s the same side that beat Harlequins last time out on a memorable day at the Morson Stadium. Wales prop Gwen Pyrs returns from injury to take her place on the bench.
World Cup winner Amy Cokayne starts once again at hooker and she’s joined in the front row by Tysh Harper and USA Eagle Nick James, who both played 80 minutes against Quins.
Morwenna Talling starts in the second row with Erica Jarrell-Searcy, while Eva Donaldson, skipper Georgie Perris-Redding and Brittany Hogan make up a combative back-row.
Olivia Ortiz and Holly Aitchison team up at half-back with Katana Howard and Evie Wills outside them in the centres. In the back three flying Scots Campbell and top-scorer Rhona Lloyd start on the wings, while Lizzie Duffy is at full-back.
Tom Hudson has opted for a 6-2 split on the bench with Milly Hyndman, Pyrs and Evie Roach named as the front-row replacements and Charlotte Fray, Sharifa Kasolo and Katie Childs offering back-five options.
Asia Hogan-Rochester and Amy Relf are the backs on the bench.
