Courtney Keight, Charlotte Fray, Sharifa Kasolo, Beatrice Rigoni and Asia Hogan-Rochester all return to the Sharks Women side as Tom Hudson makes ten changes for the trip to Leicester Tigers in the PWR (KO 1pm, Saturday 14th March, live on YouTube).
Keight comes in at full-back while Lizzie Duffy captains the side from fly-half as Hudson’s team go in search of a fourth straight league win. Former Tigers Fray, Katie Childs, Eva Donaldson, Amy Relf and Sophie Benavent will play against their former team.
Hooker Milly Hyndman and tighthead Evie Roach join Tysh Harper in the front row for the trip to Welford Road, while Iona Antwis returns to the second row where she’ll be joined by Fray.
In the back row, Kasolo starts at blindside flanker with Childs slotting in at openside and Brittany Hogan starting once again at number 8.
Scrum-half Relf starts with skipper Duffy at half-back and they’ll have Laura Perrin and Rigoni outside them in the centres.
Hogan-Rochester, Rhona Lloyd and Keight make up an attacking back three.
Sharks Head Coach Hudson has opted for a 6-2 split on the bench with Molly Wright, Gwen Pyrs and Sophie Benavent named as the front-row replacements and Morwenna Talling, Trudy Cowan and Eva Donaldson offering back-five options.
Olivia Ortiz and Vicky Irwin are the backs on the bench.
