TEAM NEWS: SARACENS v SALE SHARKS WOMEN
Tom Hudson has picked an unchanged XV as his Sale Sharks Women team goes in search of a second consecutive win in the JAECOO PWR Next Gen Cup against Saracens at the StoneX Stadium.
That means summer signings Freya Aucken and Lizzie Goulden get another chance to impress on Sunday in a back line that also features co-captain Lizzie Duffy.
Harriet Thompson-Ogden and Georgina Holmes start again with fellow pathway graduate Honey Cockroft-Smith appearing on the bench for the first time.
After impressing on debut, hooker Thompson-Ogden packs down once again between experienced props Tysh Harper and Nick James.
Iona Antwis teams up with Charlotte Fray in the second row once again and in the back row, Katie Childs joins Holmes and co-captain Sharifa Kasolo.
Amy Relf is the scrum-half once again with co-captain Lizzie Duffy at fly-half and they’ll have Laura Perrin and Goulden outside them in the centres.
Wingers Sophie Hopkins and Holly Thorpe make up an unchanged back three with former Harlequin Freya Aucken.
Kendall Waudby, Lotte Peirsegaele, Evie Roach, Sophie Benavent, Polly Bowman and Milly Hyndman are the forwards on 6-2 bench with scrum-half Spencer Boldt and centre Cockroft-Smith making up the rest of the replacements.
