TEAM NEWS: SALE SHARKS WOMEN vs EXETER CHIEFS
World Cup winning Red Rose Tatyana Heard will make her first Sharks appearance on Saturday as Head Coach Tom Hudson picks an experienced team for the visit of Exeter Chiefs in the JAECOO PWR Next Gen Cup (KO 2pm, tickets available here).
Fellow new recruit Kendall Waudby also starts in a Sharks shirt for the first time and Beatrice Rigoni returns in the centres as Hudson makes five changes to his team.

The remaining changes sees hooker Milly Hyndman start in the number two shirt, replacing pathway graduate Harriet Thompson-Ogden, who is named on the bench and Lizzie Goulden moving to fly half.
Shark #100 Hyndman will start between experienced props Tysh Harper and Nick James in the front row while Iona Antwis teams up with Charlotte Fray once again in the second row.
There’s one change in the back row as former Loughborough Lightning forward Waudby starts at openside flanker alongside blindside flanker Katie Childs and co-captain Sharifa Kasolo.

Amy Relf is the scrum-half once again with Lizzie Goulden at fly-half and they’ll have the international experience of Heard and Rigoni outside them in the centres.
Wingers Sophie Hopkins and Holly Thorpe make up an unchanged back three for the third game in succession with Freya Aucken.
Thompson-Ogden, Lotte Peirsegaele, Sophie Benavent, Polly Bowman and Georgina Holmes are the forwards on the 5-3 bench with scrum-half Spencer Boldt, Vicky Irwin and Eva Wood making up the rest of the replacements.
Sharks fans also have the opportunity to meet two of our Red Roses this weekend. Both Amy Cokayne and Morwenna Talling will be upstairs in The Suite ready to say hello to the Sharks Family while we also take part in the Wear It Pink campaign to raise awareness for Breast Cancer Now. The best dressed pink outift will win some big pink prizes!
