Walking Rugby
Our walking rugby sessions are a less physical version of touch rugby, perfect for people aged 50 years and older who can’t play contact rugby anymore. It’s also a great way of easing yourself into the sport if you haven’t played before.

Rugby In The Park
Rugby in the Park is our preventative anti-social behaviour project which works with young people across the North-West. Working with the community alongside local police forces, we reach out to the members of our family that need it most.

Sharks Forces
We’re here to support people through the good times, and the tough times. Sharks Forces helps over a 100 veterans annually through a number of fantastic activities, and love that we are able to give back and support the veterans and serving personnel in our community.

Disability & Inclusive Tag Rugby
We want everyone to have the opportunity to get involved with our game, and to build key skills such as confidence & resilience whilst improving mental wellbeing. Our non-contact, tag rugby sessions provide the perfect platform to build these skills alongside our sport.
