Versatile back-rower Jos Gilmore was part of a group of nine young players who joined the Sharks Senior Academy ahead of the 2024/25 season.
He made an instant impression and pulled on a Sharks shirt for the first time in the November block on Prem Cup fixtures.
He spent time on loan with Sale FC and made such an impression that he was awarded the Mark Lawrence Young Player of the Season.
On the international scene Jos played for England at U18 level and made his U20 debut in 2024. He was named in the squad for the 2025 U20 Six Nations.
