Your Sharks still have plenty of big games to come this season, but we’re already planning for an exciting 2026/27….and we want you with us.
We’ve got a crop of Northern talent coming through our Academy as well as some of English rugby’s biggest names AND exciting new signings including Joe Marchant, Nicky Smith, Alex Lozowski, Tom Francis, Christ Tshiunza and Ponipate Loganimasi joining too.
We’re also working hard to make sure your matchday experience at the CorpAcq Stadium next season is better than ever.
And we’ve got good news about Sale Sharks season tickets.
For 2026/27 we’re freezing or reducing almost 90% of the CorpAcq Stadium because we want to make Northern rugby more accessible than ever.
And that’s not all. We recognise that the experience of watching Your Sharks in the CorpAcq Stadium can change depending on which area of the stadium you are sitting or standing, so for 2026/27, we’re introducing new pricing. For the first time, individual blocks of the East and West Stands will be priced differently.

TIMELINE
1st April – Current season ticket holder renewal window opens.
24th April – Renewal window CLOSES
25th April – Season ticket general sale window opens – any unsold season tickets will be made available for general sale from 9am.
1st June – Final 2025/26 season ticket direct debit payment
12th June – Cut-off date for 2026/27 12-month DD payments
1st July – First 2026/27 DD payment
WHAT DO YOU NEED TO DO NEXT?
- If you had a 2025/26 season ticket, currently pay by direct debit and wish to continue as a season ticket holder, then you don’t need to do anything. Your Sharks men’s season ticket will auto-renew.
- If you had a 2025/26 season ticket, currently pay by direct debit, wish to continue as a season ticket holder but want to change your seat, email support@salesharks.com as soon as possible.
- If you had a 2025/26 season ticket, currently pay by DD and wish to opt out of the auto-renewal and cancel your season ticket, then you must contact us via support@salesharks.com no later than April 24th. Failure to do so will result in payments being taken.
- If you have a 2025/26 season ticket and paid by card/cash and wish to continue as a season ticket holder, then you need to sign into your e-ticketing account and renew your season ticket yourself, or call the ticket office on 0161 786 1570, option 1.
- If you have a 2025/26 season ticket and paid by cash/card, but want to start paying by direct debit, choose ‘direct debit’ as your payment method at checkout.
If you had a reusable plastic card for 2025/26, please keep it safe as your 2026/27 season ticket will be uploaded to it. Please note that if you change seats or ticket type ie. Adult to Senior, you will need to purchase a new card and they are £10 each.

SEASONAL PARKING PASSES
If you had a seasonal parking pass for 2025/26 you will receive an email from JustPark prompting you to renew.
Step 1 – Please use this link https://www.eticketing.co.uk/salesharksrugby/ to access the ticketing page
Step 2 – Click on the little person logo top right then Register to create an account or sign into your account if you already have one
Step 3 – On the left-hand side of the page select the total number of tickets you need – see image below
Step 4 – Click on the Stand you want to be in (West and East are seated, South and North are Standing) – If you’ve used the Quantity toggle, when you hover over the row you want, the seats will go from green to blue and the number of seats you need will be automatically selected.
Please note – If you select seats and leave one, you will get an error message as you cannot leave a single seat – zooming in helps
Step 5 – Click on the seats then the screen will change to the approximate seat view, and on the right of the screen, the area where you select the ticket type for each seat will pop up.

You may have more than one account with that email address, and in this situation the system automatically defaults to the account set up earliest. Please email support@salesharks.com for help.
If you are renewing your season ticket and want to change location, need to buy more, or need to change the price category eg. Adult to Senior, please contact support@salesharks.com before you renew.
If you sign into your online account via https://www.eticketing.co.uk/salesharksrugby/, once signed in click on the little person icon, then VIEW ACCOUNT MENU and on the menu select UPDATE DETAILS. You can then change your address and anything else you need to before you renew.
Please email support@salesharks.com for help before you renew your season ticket or the direct debit auto renewal deadline at 3pm on 1st May 2026.
If you fail to make a payment for whatever reason, your season ticket(s) will be suspended, and you will be unable to attend matches until it is brought up to date. You will receive an email from Sale Sharks to inform you of this and how to bring your payments up to date.
Repeatedly defaulting payments may result in the DD mandate and season ticket being cancelled, and this may have an effect on your credit rating; when you sign up to the Direct Debit, it is a contract that you are bound by to make those payments.
The physical card option is on the CHECKOUT page under Delivery Fulfilment. There are two options 45p digital card or Physical Card £10 and you need to select that. If you have more than one season ticket, the system will automatically update the number you need. The season cards are reusable for the future seasons.
What if I had a physical card last season but have moved to new seats or my ticket type has changed?
You will need to come to the ticket office and purchase a new one.
Where do I pick my new physical card up?
From the Ticket Office if you are passing the stadium later in summer, when you can call in Monday to Friday between 9am and 5pm to pick your cards up. There will be a designated window at the ticket office at the first few matches so look out for the SEASON TICKET COLLECTION sign above one of the windows.
Can I buy a physical card after I’ve bought my season ticket?
Yes, come to the Ticket Office and they are £10 each. You will also get a new digital version so will need to delete the one you already had.
Season Tickets cover the 4 x PREM Rugby Cup games, 9 x Gallagher PREM games and 2 x Investec Champions Cup games + PWR matches*. Round of 16, quarter-finals, semi-finals, play-offs or finals aren’t included.
*Sale Sharks Women season ticket must be claimed via your Sharks men eticketing account.
If you want to pass your ticket for a game onto someone else for them to use, email support@salesharks.com with their name and email address and we can forward your ticket on to them. If you need to upgrade a ticket e.g. from junior to adult, then this can be done on a match day at the CorpAcq Stadium ticket office.
Alternatively, if you cannot attend a match, send us an email to say you can’t make X match, and that you’d like to use that ticket for Y match
The X match seat is then cancelled, and the ticket added to the Y match of their choice when available, and it is then emailed to them.
*Seat Exchange Terms and Conditions
- It cannot be done retrospectively
- It must be requested no less than 48 hours before match day
- There is no monetary replacement
- Once moved it can’t be moved again
- Valid for Gallagher PREM and Champions Cup matches.
- Not valid for PRC games
- Season Ticket holders only
- Multiple seat exchanges cannot be banked ie. Saved up and used at one match
- Exchanges must be used in the same season
- Subject to availability especially for C&C Player’s Lounge ST holders for matches where we may be extremely limited/SOLD OUT
