Your Sharks will kick off our 2026/27 Investec Champions Cup campaign with a home fixture against URC giants Glasgow Warriors, it was confirmed today (Friday 10th July).
Alex Sanderson’s men will host last season’s Champions Cup quarter-finalists in Pool One at the CorpAcq Stadium on Saturday 17th October (KO 1pm).
It’s a re-run of the first pool stage game of last season, when Glasgow recovered from 0-14 down to win 21-26 in Manchester.
Round two of the pool stage sees Sharks head to Dublin once again to face last season’s finalists, Leinster (Saturday 12th December, KO 5.30pm).
And then we’re back at home in round three to face French Top14 side Clermont Auvergne on Sunday 10th January (KO 5.30pm).
The pool stage will wrap up with a trip to the south west of France to face Pau at the Stade du Hameau on Saturday 16th January (KO 2pm local time/1pm UK time).
Following the pool stage, the top three in each pool, along with the four clubs with the next highest points totals, will qualify for the round of 16. For more on this season’s rule changes, click here.
