WING DUO CONFIRMED FOR NEW SEASON
Sale Sharks Women’s Scottish duo Rhona Lloyd and Shona Campbell have both signed contract renewals ahead of the 2026/27 JAECOO PWR campaign.
Last season’s top try scorer Lloyd and Try of the Season winner Campbell have both committed their futures in the North as Head Coach Tom Hudson finalises his squad with preparations well underway for the new season.
Both players are currently in Scotland camp with several other Sale players as they prepare for the WXV Global Series that kicks off this September. Lloyd and Campbell will both be looking to feature heavily as Canada, New Zealand and Australia travel to Edinburgh’s Hive Stadium before heading Down Under for two fixtures against Australia in October.
Meanwhile, Hudson’s side continue their preparations at Carrington, culminating in a live pre-season session with Cheltenham Tigers, before kicking off their JAECOO Next Gen Cup campaign at home to Loughborough Lightning on 19th September – with Sharks fans able to secure their tickets here ahead of the new campaign.
