Our Sale Sharks Fan Forum is the club’s official fan engagement programme.
The forum was launched to provide a structured channel for Sharks fans to engage with the club on those matters they believe are important to the wider fanbase. Ideas and feedback on topics and issues which directly impact the fan experience can be shared and discussed at bi-monthly meetings with the club then providing detailed feedback and clear actions.
Objectives
- To establish a formal process for supporters from across the different sections of the wider fanbase to feedback to the club.
- To provide the club with a channel to discuss ideas and seek feedback from a group of supporters representing the different sections of the fanbase.
Club Commitments
- The club commits to encouraging and welcoming feedback across any topic deemed by forum members to be of importance to the wider fanbase.
- The club commits to providing clear feedback and, where possible, actions in response to points raised by forum members.
Please note that whilst the views of the Fan Forum will be taken into consideration on every topic discussed during forum meetings, overall decision-making responsibilities lie with the club. Action will be taken where possible, commercially viable and in the best interests of the club and wider fanbase.
