Tackling the Blues:
Tackling the Blues is a mental wellbeing programme for primary schools which will consist of a classroom session and a Tag Rugby session for six-weeks. The programme targets young people to understand the key concepts of mental wellbeing and being able to talk about mental health without the stigma. Our core aims to educate around healthy minds as well as also improving physical wellbeing through a range of rugby sessions from our qualified coaches.

Sale Sharks Foundation coaches will be delivering 12-week programmes in schools within the Wirral area.
