At the SALE SHARKS FOUNDATION, we’re committed to using the power of rugby to create positive change. Over the past two years alone, we’ve impacted the lives of over 30,000 people through our programs focusing on education, inclusivity, employability, mental health and grassroots Rugby development. From supporting young people to achieve their potential to promoting healthy lifestyles, our work has touched communities across Greater Manchester and beyond.
Jack is running this event in support of a charity that means a great deal to him—not only for the work they do, but also for their strong connection to the rugby club he’s supported his entire life. He’s been going to games since he was just 3 years old, when his mum first took me along, and he’s been a regular ever since. As a keen runner, this event is a great way for him to combine two things he loves—running and rugby—while raising money for a cause close to his heart.

jack is very proud to represent the club he’s grown up supporting, and the charity connected which is making a huge difference to our local communities through the game we love.

One of his earliest memories of supporting Sale was being snowed on with a flask frozen to his hand in Edgely Park, thankfully he’ll be a bit warmer on Sunday May 18th at the Great Manchester Run! 🦈

Please join us in supporting Jack as he aims to reach his fundraising target. Any contribution would go a long way in supporting the Sale Sharks Foundation to allow us to continue our amazing community programs.
