Charlotte Fray followed Head Coach Tom Hudson when she joined Sale Sharks Women from Leicester Tigers ahead of the 2025/26 PWR season.
Lock Charlotte began playing rugby at school at the age of 16. She continued her journey at Loughborough University before joining Loughborough Town.
She joined Tigers and quickly became a key player, making 16 appearances in 2024/25, scoring seven tries and captaining the team on multiple occasions.
In March 2025 Charlotte was one of four uncapped players named in John Mitchell's 42-strong England squad ahead of the 2025 Six Nations.
