Flanker-turned-winger Nikita Prothero joined Sale Sharks Women from Loughborough Lightning ahead of the 2023/24 season
She had joined Loughborough College in September 2021 and made her league debut for Lightning against Saracens later that month.
Nikita made five league appearances in total and a further six in the Cup, also turning out four times for England Under-20s whilst part of the Loughborough squad.
