Salford-born tighthead prop Tysh Harper started her rugby career at the age of 15 in local waters, at Eccles RFC.
She got her first taste of top-level ruby at Firwood Waterloo RFC before moving to Loughborough, where she combined her studies with her love for the game, obtaining a degree in psychology while playing for Loughborough Lightning.
Tysh had already represented England at U20 level, but during her time at Loughborough she caught the eye of Red Roses coaches and in November 2019 she received her first England call-up.
Ahead of her move to Sale, Tysh was selected for the England squad for the 2022 Six Nations, but a serious achilles injury forced her to withdraw and delayed her debut for her new club.
Tysh made her Sharks debut in November 2023 and has gone on to become a permanent fixture in the Sharks front-row.
