Disabled Access

Committed to doing right by our people.

We are a team and a family, and we use our power as Sharks to bring communities together. A big part of this is making sure Sharks from all walks of life can make it to our matchdays. We are committed to making our home accessible for the whole Sharks Family, because the lasting memories we create together all start on the pitch.

Parking

We have ten match by match accessible spaces in the west car park which is located within approximately 30 metres of the main entrance to the stadium. Disabled parking can be booked via www.salesharksparking.co.uk and we strongly recommend booking parking before you buy your match tickets.

Bringing a Personal Assistant

We offer a free ticket to supporters with disabilities that wish to have a personal assistant accompany them.

You’ll need to let us know when booking your tickets so we can make sure you’re sat together, and proof of disability documentation will need to be provided.

To organise this please get in touch with the team by emailing: support@salesharks.com.

Getting around the ground

Ticket Office

The ticket office is located at the front of the stadium and has sales, collections & queries windows. There are a total of six windows, one with a lowered counter.

An induction loop is available at all windows.

Hospitality

All hospitality levels can be accessed via the lifts in reception or the adjacent stairwells.

All hospitality spaces have access to disabled toilets and all supervisors are disability inclusion & etiquette trained. There is accessible seating outside the Platinum Lounge for up to 27 people.

Club Shop

The club shop gets very busy on matchdays. If you would like to visit during a quieter time, we would recommend at least 2 hours before kick-off or 45 minutes after the final whistle.

There is currently no induction loop system in the club shop.

There is a lowered counter at the club shop till point.

We sell ‘ref links’ in the club shop for £12 per unit – the ref links provide 2 channels (full access to referee and full commentary).

The club shop has an induction available – please ask staff a member of staff in the shop who will be able to assist you.

Stadium Accessibility

The stadium is accessed via a level access, non-slip surface. With migration allowed supporters can enter via the turnstile printed on their ticket or the nearest gate and head to their seats.

Disabled toilets are available in all concourses.

All concourse kiosks have at least one lower counter available for supporters to make use of.

Quiet Room

Our stadium is an Autism Friendly venue offering the ‘quiet room’ which can be accessed by all supporters at any time once inside the stadium. The quiet room is in the west-north concourse and is open at all times. The room is equipped with ambient lighting, toys, books, chairs & a beanbag.
