Well, Sharks Family, in spite of the challenges we have all faced, hasn’t 2020/21 been a great season and the most exciting thing is, that this is just the start.
2021 kicked off with the appointment of Alex Sanderson as Director of Rugby and our season finished just 150 days later with a record-breaking winning streak, the club’s first appearance in the Premiership semi-finals in 15 years and six of your Sharks heading to South Africa for the Lions tour and numerous other players with summer international call-ups.
Looking ahead, let’s throw in some new signings, add a group of talented, home-grown players coming through from the academy making their impact in the first team, renewed contracts for Manu Tuilagi and Cameron Neild and the future is whatever we want it to be.
