England prop Asher Opoku-Fordjour is back in the Sharks XV after a shoulder injury as Alex Sanderson makes four changes to his team for the trip to The Stoop in the Investec Champions Cup last 16 (KO 8pm, LIVE on Premier Sports).

Dan du Preez and Gus Warr also return to the side after starting the PREM defeat to Bath from the replacements bench while Dan’s brother Rob and Raffi Quirke miss out after picking up injuries.
Tighthead Opoku-Fordjour joins loosehead Bevan Rodd and hooker Luke Cowan-Dickie in the front row to face a Harlequins team buoyed by a win over Bristol last weekend.
Alex has picked a familiar second row pairing as skipper Ernst van Rhyn once again teams up with Ben Bamber while Jacques Vermeulen, Sam Dugdale and Dan du Preez make up a dynamic back row.

Scotland international Warr starts at scrum-half with George Ford at fly-half. Marius Louw replaces his countryman du Preez at 13 with Rekeiti Ma’asi-White inside him wearing 12.
Tom Roebuck starts again on the right wing with Tom O’Flaherty and full-back Joe Carpenter making up an exciting back three.
Nathan Jibulu is the replacement hooker and he’s joined on the bench by experienced props Si McIntyre and James Harper. Jos Gilmore and Reuben Logan are the other forwards named as replacements.
Dom Hanson, Ollie Davies and Alex Wills make up the rest of the bench.
