Over the years, the Sale Sharks Foundation has grown into a powerful force for good across the North West. Our annual Impact Reports from 2016 to 2025 tell the story of how we’ve used the values of rugby to reach thousands of people – supporting individuals, families, and communities through education, inclusion, health, and wellbeing programmes.

In 2024/25, we engaged with more than 21,000 people, of which 17,708 played some form of rugby. Our latest Impact Report showcases the scale of our work through 30+ programmes, inspiring case studies, and powerful testimonials from those impacted most.
