Sale win the line out and edge into Bath 22.

Sharks leave it until the final seconds to get over the line and Reedy is the one to do it.

RDP misses the conversion.

Bath knock the ball forward to win a scrum just inside their half.

RDP looks to the posts however the conversion is missed.

Bath look to close the gap and continue to attack Sales defence. Sharks get penalised for offside and Bath call for the posts.

Conversion successful.

Sale look attack the space as a result of Bath’s 14 men. Sam James knocks the ball into open field for Flats to chase, but the ball doesn’t bounce in our favour.

Bath get penalised for obstruction and go down to 13 men for the next few minutes. Sale do their best to get the ball out the ruck but Bath win a crucial turnover to break Sale’s momentum.

Bath go down to 14 men after Joe Carpenter get’s brought down in the air.

RDP gains Sale a good attacking position from the kick but Sharks loose possession in the line out.

Bath break the Sale defence and Jonathan Joseph score under the posts to close down the point gap.

The second half is well underway here at the AJ Bell. Bath make early ground from the re-start and secure a line out in Sales half. Bath stumble the ball and Dugdale kicks it into touch to allow Sharks to re-gather.

Bath look to get the scoreboard rolling as Sharks are penalised for offside again.  To allow bath another opportunity to score, Sharks do their best to hold off Bath’s driving maul but eventually give in.

Sale look to be in good stride and put pressure straight back on Bath’s defence. A lovely link up between Beaumont and Roebuck nearly cashes out but just get’s hold back.

Bath win a turnover and clear their line. They drive play up in Sharks 22′ and get award a 5m scrum.

Bath get penalised again for coming in at the side and Sale have another opportunity inside Bath 22.

It’s a set piece masterclass from #YourSharks and Tommy Taylor rides the maul to crash over the line to secure Sale a bonus point before the first half closes.

Sale look to maul it over the line but Bath defence was holding up.

JL looks to go himself but see’s Roebuck in open space out wide and offloads to get Sale’s third try.

Sale try to get out their half but in doing so knock the ball forward. Allowing Bath another opportunity to attack.

Bath put in for the Scrum but Dugdale is first to their man and wins Sharks a penalty for not releasing and Sam James knocks it perfectly in Bath’s 22.

Sharky get penalised for not rolling away, allowing Bath to kick into Sales 22. The kick doesn’t find touch allowing Carpenter to clear his lines.

Bath kick it straight back and Carpenter holds the mark allowing Sharks to re-gather.

Sharks execute a perfect set piece from the line out to allow Sam Dugdale to go over.

RDP converts successfully.

Sale scrum well and JL gets held back by Bath’s defence, Warr looks to RDP to attack the space out wide but Bath win the ball.

Joe Joseph looks to exert into space but gets penalised for a forward pass, allowing Sale to kick into Bath 22.

Bath take it up a notch in attack and Will Joseph makes a break through the Sale defence and tries to kick behind the line, but Warr is there for cover.

Bath scrum inside Sale’s 22 but Sam Dugdale wins the turnover for not realeasing allowing Sale an opportunity to attack.

Bath get penalised for a knock on and Sale win a scrum inside their half.

Sale look dominant in attack and make their way further upfield with a lovely link up with Carpenter and Sam James.

RDP looks to switch play to Jono but Sale get penalised in the breakdown. Allowing Bath to relive the pressure to just inside their half.

What an opening 5 minutes at the AJ Bell.

Bath Will Butler gets sent to the bin and go down to 14 men for catching Joe Carpenter in the air.

Sale take the penalty quick to get into Bath’s 22′ and it’s not long until Capenter touches down outwide to get Sale’s score rolling.

RDP misses the conversion.

Sale win a penalty and RDP calls for the posts.

The kick just falls wide and Bath are given the opportunity to move play out of the danger zone.

Bath continue to push Sale back into there half and their persistence pays off as Ben Spencer crashes over the line to get Bath ahead for the first time in this game.
