TEAM NEWS – Sale Sharks Women v Saracens Women

Katy Daley Mclean has made five changes to her starting XV to face Saracens Women in a rescheduled round nine of the Allianz Premier 15s

After an energetic return to play against Gloucester-Hartpury, Leah Lyons earns a starting spot at hooker this weekend, while commanding American duo Nick James and Catie Benson retain their spots at tight and loose-head props.

Behind an unchanged second-row of Beth Stafford and Molly Morrissey, Daisy Hibbert-Jones starts at blindside flanker, with Georgie Perris-Redding named at seven and Vicky Irwin at eight.

In the backs, dependable scrum-half Mhairi Grieve starts alongside Lizzie Duffy at fly-half, with distributor Katana Howard shifting to inside-centre. Laura Perrin meanwhile swaps the 12 jersey for 13 and starts at outside-centre.

There are two changes in the back-three with Welsh international Jess Kavanagh named on the left wing, and Scottish speedster Evie Tonkin on the right. Following a stint on the wing, Lauren Delany moves to fullback.

Hollie Bawden is named on the bench alongside back-rower Amy Orrow who returns having fractured her thumb against Exeter in September, and Scottish hooker Elis Martin who earns her second involvement of the season.
